On our Weight Watcher plan, one-half cup of uncooked oats is usually aroung 4 points.
This is what is called "rounding error". A single slice of bacon is about one and a half Weight Watchers points, but Weight Watchers doesn't deal with partial points, it's a whole number, in this case one, and the "plus" signals something over. Call it one and a half... and so two slices would be one plus one plus a half plus a half, which would be three.
There is 1 point in Select 55. I used to drink Natural Light beer & there were 2 points per 12oz.. It's half the calories so it makes since.

Well honey, a tablespoon of grape jelly is typically around 1-2 Weight Watchers points, depending on the brand and specific ingredients. But let's be real, who actually measures out just one tablespoon of jelly? Just slather it on your toast and enjoy life, points be damned.

One half or 1 cup of cantaloupe is given a one point value at Weight Watchers. Cantaloupe not only provides a flavorful snack, but it provides vitamins A and C, potassium and fiber.

If I use Safeway's blueberry muffins, with 460 calories/24 grams of fat/1 gram of fiber, I calculate 11 Weight Watcher points. Wow, that seems really high. I rechecked my math and again got 11 points. Here is my math: 460 calories divided by 50 equals 9.2, 24 grams of fat divided by 12 equals 2, 1 gram of fiber divided by 5 equals .2. Add them all together and get 11.4, I rounded to the nearest number of 11. I prefer to make my own blueberry muffins so I can control what goes into them. The recipe at the link listed below only had 6 Weight Watcher points. 230 calories, 8.7 grams of fat and 1.2 grams of fiber. You can further reduce the points by using the suggested modifications at the bottom of the recipe like substitute half applesauce for half the butter. I have tried this and it works great.
Two points plus. (One "old" point.) See also:Losing weight
