Owning "All Songs" in the list would max you out at 580 (as of 12-31-12). As Smule continues adding new songs, the player will eventually work his/her way up to 1000 songs. With additions of 3 songs per week (based on posted discussion counts and personal experience using the app), no player is eligible to complete this level until the first or second week of September 2015. This also assumes that Smule doesn't further update the app with alterations to this objective or add a larger grouping of songs.
