At the point the arm hinges at the base, There should be a small tab 1/8 of an inch or less. Hold the wiper blade up away from the windshield just a bit to releave the pressure. The tab pulls out 1/8 to 1/4 of an inch. This will let the arm pull straight up. You may need to pry slightly on the base to make it release. Put something between the wiper and the body so no scratches, gently pry up.
Raise the blade end of the arm off of the windshield and move the slide latch away from the pivot shaft. This will unlock the wiper arm from the pivot shaft and hold the blade end of the arm off of the glass at the same time. The wiper arm can now be pulled off of the pivot shaft without the aid of any tools. When installing the wiper arm, the arm must be positioned properly. There is a measurement which can be made to determine the proper blade positioning. With the wiper motor in the PARK position, install the arm so that the distance between the blade-to-arm saddle and the lower windshield molding is 44-76mm (1.7-3.0 in.) on the passenger's side, and 48-80mm (1.9-3.1 in.) on the driver's side. pull the wiper up off the glass hold it in this position use a screw driver to lift the small tab at the bottom of the arm at the pinot point lift the wiper arm off to replace bend the arm as you did to remove it and snap it back on very easy

I don't think that there is a bolt holding down the arm as used expect. It looks like a clip holds it on. I found a picture here:

Maybe this can help.
At least you can see what's underneath.
I'm trying to figure it out too. 1. Turn on power to the car (you don't have to start it) 2. Turn wiper on and kill the power when it reaches the top of the throw. 3. Lift wiper arm up and away from vehicle (with the hood up). It will only travel so far. 4. There is a clip on the bottom of the arm at the 3 oclock position facing the car. Pull this out to the side. It will lock the arm in the up position. It does not require force or leverage. If it does not move, the arm is not raised enough. 5. Be sure to put a mark on the arn housing and the body cover so you know how to orient it when you go to replace it.
To replace a wiper arm, look near the bottom of the arm for a hole. If you pull the springloaded arm towards you, you can slide a paneling nail or other small item into that hole. The arm will stay put, pulled away from the windshield. Just 'wiggle' the arm off. Remember to put it back on the right way though, because they are made to be placed on in different positions. If you put it too far to the right, it will go over the edge an equal amount when turned on. - JJohnson
First remove the plastic cover where the shaft from the wiper motor meets the wiper arm. Look for the slot and use a small screwdriver or pocketknife to pry it off. Under the cove will be a 5/8th bolt that you will remove. The wiper can now be pulled off. It will be likely that you'll need a puller to get it off. You can use a small gear puller or buy a tool made for pulling wiper arms. You can pick one up at most auto part stores for 10 - 15 dollars. This will save a lot of hassle and lessen the chance that you'll scratch the paint or break the plastic shroud around the windshield. Hope this helps.
NOTE:
To prevent glass and/or paint damage, do not pry windshield wiper pivot arm from windshield wiper mounting arm and pivot shaft with metal or sharp tool.
1. Turn ignition switch to the ACC position. Turn turn signal and windshield wiper switch ON. Allow windshield wiper motor to move the windshield wiper mounting arm and pivot shafts three or four cycles, then turn off the turn signal and windshield wiper switch. This will place the windshield wiper mounting arm and pivot shafts in the park position. Turn ignition switch to the OFF position.
2. Remove the windshield wiper pivot arm and windshield wiper blade by first applying downward pressure on the windshield wiper pivot arm head, while holding the windshield wiper pivot arm. Then lift the windshield wiper pivot arm to the highest position and, using finger pressure only, grasp slide latch tab and slide latch out from under the windshield wiper pivot arm head. Remove windshield wiper pivot arm and windshield wiper blade assembly.
3. To remove the windshield wiper blade, insert a screwdriver into the slot provided at top of the windshield wiper blade frame, push down on spring lock and pull the windshield wiper blade from the windshield wiper mounting arm and pivot shaft .
4. Install the windshield wiper blade onto the new replacement windshield wiper pivot arm.
