Playing guitar with your teeth is actually quite simple. Remember back to the early days when you practised just normally picking the string. Start of SIMPLE, just play one or two notes at a time, take it slow, don't rush it. To pick the string, use your two bottom teeth and move your bottom jaw up to hit the note. Trust me, when you begin to practise it will HURT. Push through the pain and you will be fine.
Also make note of the fact that playing guitar with your teeth is ALOT easier if you have light gauge strings.
