Open up Rock Band 1 and go to options I think or maybe extras. In that column there will be a spot to select Export Songs. Click that and pay the fee and then it will download it to your hard drive. the next time you open Rock Band 2 it will import or you will have to go to extras or options/import. You will get 54 songs(I think) but 3 will not be imported. 1 is run to the hills but you can buy it again in the music store. Hope this helps.
