Find an act (Band) that needs a job. Tell them you can book them at a venue (club or arena) and give them a date for them to play, and ask if they would be willing to play on that date. Discuss the terms with the owner of the club, or arena where you want the performance. This is the tough part; pay up front the rental for the day of the gig, the insurance fees in case there is an accident, and what ever else the owner thinks is fair for using his venue. Now, hope that the ticket sales will cover all the expenses, and pay you and the band enough to make it worth your while. It can be great. This is just the beginning.
