A satellite radio receiver (for example, Siirus or XM) does NOT have any capability of transmitting data back to the transmitting satellite(s). It is a one-way system.
The service provider has no way of knowing which channels are being tuned in by how many people except by polling their customers directly.
I don't know where you can find the internet radio stations. You can call in to the local radio stations and they should have that information for you.
By listening to the radio and visiting radio websites that you know.

Record promotion has changed a lot since I was in radio, but the basic functions have not; people who work in promotions are supposed to let radio stations (including internet stations) know about the new music their label has issued, and encourage them to play it. While it is true that today, people can download music on their own, studies show that millions of people still rely on radio to familiarize themselves with the new songs and new artists. Record promotion also involves setting up personal appearances, working with stations to bring artists by for interviews, and making sure the decision-makers have access to the songs and to those who perform them.

Radio Disney is heard on different stations in each city where it broadcasts. In order to tell you the station nearest to you, we'd have to know where you are (the city) when you listen to the radio.
Just use a search engine, such as google.com or dogpile.com and search for a radio station you like. I don't know what part of the world you live in. But over here in the UK we have several radio stations that also broadcast on the net... Classic FM, Radio One, Radio Two Capital Radio, Kerrang etc..
It depends where you live but usually radio stations give some away. I know the radio station I listen to does.
