beacuse he knew the Police and they followed them to Newyork and then they called him and then he farted lmao
Holden considered "George something . . . I don't even remember", to be a typical snobby, phony Ivy League jerk. The fact that "George" pointedly horned in on Holden's date did not help Holden's opinion of him either.
I think only possible role model for Holden is Mr.Antollini his English teacher he is not afraid to go to his house and to talk with him.
Throughout the novel, Holden has a need to protect the innocent. Often he fulfills this need by protecting children, and the ducks are just an extension of this behavior. Because Holden views the ducks as innocent beings who are in danger from the winter, he has a need to know that they are somehow safe.
He goes on a date with sally Hayes to see the Christmas special, the rockettes.
If you are refering to the young man from "Catcher in the Rye" By J.D. Salinger, this is my answer. Holden loves few people. Among them are his sister, Pheobe, his brothers, DB and Allie, his parents and his friend, Jane. When speaking to Stradlaters about his (Stradlater's) date with Jane, Holden expresses jelousy wich leads me to make the conclusion that he has powerful unexpressed feelings for her.
Holden's date with Sally is a disaster because he insults her and criticizes her choices, leading to arguments and tension between them. Holden's inability to communicate effectively and his tendency to be confrontational contribute to the date's failure.

yes she did!!!
Holden makes a date with Sally Hayes, an old friend from his prep school days. He reaches out to her when he is feeling lonely and wants company.
i think Holden calls sally because she was a nice girl and he was bored and wanted to go on a date with here that's all i remember from the book don't know if it's right though
Stradlater and Holden fight over Jane Gallagher, a girl whom they both know. Stradlater goes on a date with Jane, which upsets Holden because he has deep feelings for her and doesn't like the idea of Stradlater being with her. This leads to a physical fight between the two characters.
Holden is worried about Stradlater's intentions with Jane and confronts him about his date, leading to a physical altercation. Holden feels protective of Jane and suspects Stradlater of mistreating her, causing tension in their interaction. Ultimately, their exchange reveals Holden's complex emotions about relationships and his desire to protect those he cares about.

Stradlater punched Holden because Holden was hitting him as well. kept calling Stradlater a moron even though he warned Holden to stop many times. ( i also think its a pet peeve or something because in the book, it said "All morons hate it when you call them a moron."[ch. 6])
Stradlater's date for the night isJane Gallagher, a girl that Holden knows well from childhood and likes.
Holden starts off feeling excited and hopeful about his date with Sally, but as the evening progresses, he becomes disillusioned and frustrated. He becomes increasingly critical of her behavior and their interactions, leading to a sense of disappointment and dissatisfaction by the end of the date.
