Miley and Tish's Baked Penne

Ingredients:

1 box penne pasta

1 pound lean ground beef or ground turkey

1 jar of your favorite marinara sauce

1 cup ricotta cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Method:

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
• Prepare penne as directed on the box.
• Brown meat in saute pan and drain.
• In a separate bowl, combine 1/2 jar of marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, and garlic salt.
• Stir in the meat and penne.
• Add the remaining sauce and cover top with shredded mozzarella. Bake uncovered until the top is browned, approximately 35 to 45 minutes.
