J.S. Bach didn't write any symphonies. The form didn't really develop until after Bach died.

There are plenty of descendants from the Handel line, but none from the composer himself are known - he never married and died without any recognized heirs. That isn't to say that there *couldn't* be any - my own father was told as a child that his family was descended from the composer. If Handel did indeed father a child/children out of wedlock, then it was kept very quiet, since there are no official records.
"Air on the G String" was an adaptation of an Air written by Johann Sebastian Bach in the early 1700s. The Air was from Bach's Orchestral Suite No. 3 in D major.
Johann Sebastian Bach was very fond of the music of Dieterich Buxtehude, he even walked over 400 kilometres just to hear him play. You can hear many similarities between their music. It is also safe to assume that he was aware of the music of his day and that of course affects every composer of any time in some way.
Four Of Bach's Children Died And 6 Of Them Lived To Be Adults.
Yes, it is believed that Johann Sebastian Bach had at least 20 children with his two wives, Maria Barbara Bach and Anna Magdalena Wilcke. However, there is no evidence to suggest that he had any illegitimate children.
Yes, he had 2 wives and 20 children, however, only 10 survived to adulthood. He married Maria Barbara Bach in 1707, his second cousin, and had seven children, which only four survived to adulthood. He then married Anna Magdalena Wilcke in 1721 after Maria died. They had thirteen more children, which only six survived to adulthood. Out of the ten children, six of them were male while the other four were female. Of the six sons, four of them, namely Wilheim Friedemann Bach, Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach, Johann Christoph Friedrich Bach and Johann Christian Bach became famous composers.

There were no records or recordings of any kind made in 1693.
Johann Strauss II was married three times, but he never had any children. The reason for this is not specifically known. There was a Johann Strauss III, but he was the son of Johann's brother Eduard.
