Yes. Like all thrushes, robins build new nests for each brood.
Baby birds are not usually kicked out of the nest. They are carefully monitored by their parent(s) until they are fledged and ready to fly. Even after they begin flying, most remain with an adult or adults for a period of time while they are gaining strength, during which time the adults may continue to feed them. When they have all the skills they need to survive, they generally leave on their own.

European robins nest in all sorts of places, often thick hedges. They also use old discarded kettles, sheds and letter boxes. As far as I can tell from my reading, American robins are similar.
Robins usually have lay 4 eggs and then stop. They rarely have more and it is said that if one sees more than 4 eggs that another robin probably laid them in the "borrowed" nest. I have at this moment, though, a nest with 6 ! baby robins in it. All 6 look as if they are ready to fly.
Baby Robins normally remain in or near the nest on surrounding branches until they are able to fly. If you have an empty nest, we fear mayhem.
Robins nested on our porch in Mississauga, Ontario, in 2007. They are back in 2008. Are they the same robins? Or are they the offspring returning to their birthplace? How could we find out? All robins look alike to us. We have photos. ET 19 May, 2008.
The Eurasian Robin does not migrate. Many other birds are also called Robins.
It will. I do this all the time egg swapping is what I call it.
All day and not at might
An Internet search found that female robins lay one egg per day and that they often hatch one per day in the same order they were laid.
All birds lay eggs
Yes. Like all thrushes, robins build new nests for each brood.
No, they migrate like other birds that live in an environment with dramatic changes in wheather such as winter.
Pretty any bird that lives in the oak trees habitat will visit it at one point or other. Some of these birds may include robins, waxwings, chickadees, wood peckers, and more. However, not all birds will nest in these trees.
