I can't be too sure, but I'd say that more people like him than do hate him because if you look at his page on Facebook, over 33 million people like him, but if you look at his hate page, it doesn't even reach 2 mil. Those numbers are so very far apart that either more people like him than do hate him, or otherwise the people that hate him are simply too lazy to like his hate page. I think comparing FB pages is probably the most accurate way to find the answer though.

i think it matters what age group/gender you are asking about. most his fans are preteen girls. every guy i know that's my age (17) hates him, but most girls my sisters age (13) love him.





(from a completely different user than the one above) In my opinion, it doesn't matter what age group you look at, because not everyone of the same age is the same. For example: I'm 13 years old, love reading, and would love to shake the hand of the kid that threw a freaking water-bottle at Justin Bieber; then scold him for not throwing something better, like a cement block. Whereas, a girl at my school the same age as me hates school and worships Justin Bieber. In other words, if you were to look at all the 12 year old girls who liked the Jonas brothers a couple of years ago, it doesn't mean every 12 year old girl everywhere likes them; there are always going to be those few kids who would rather throw a random object at Justin Bieber's face, rather than fawn over his swoopy-hair.
But it's not just age-group either. You have to look at the varying interests and hobbies of each individual from that age-group. A 7-year-old girl that loves all things Jonas Brothers, Suite Life of Zack and Cody, and getting up at 4 a.m. to watch Wow Wow Wubzy is more than likely to like Justin Bieber. While a 13-year-old computer-nerd, who listens to a mixture of techno and heavy-metal, reads Harry Potter like a mad-woman, and watches Adult Swim 'till 4 a.m. probably won't turn out to be his biggest fan.
It's also very gender-based; seeing as most of the time, when women think a male-celebrity is attractive, other men will quickly jump to the conclusion that he is gay to deter the women from fantasizing about said male-celebrity.
However, if we were to get statistical here: it's now a proven fact that "for every 1 Justin Bieber fan page, there are 6 more hate pages", if you were to view any of Justin Bieber's music videos on Youtube, there are nearly 20,000 more 'dislikes' than 'likes' on almost all his videos, and him being a "lesbian" (seeming as everyone at one point must have thought he sounded like a girl) is a recurring internet-meme. In my point-of-view there are WAY more haters than lovers; but, again, that's just me. Could be completely different for you.

Justin Bieber is probably one of the most well known people on this earth. A lot of guys hate him, or so they claim in front of their friends. But I know at least a dozen guys that I talk to and they say they don't actually mind him. I bet at least a quarter of the guys that say they hate him, don't. But then again, there are loads of haters. But put it this way -- there are at least 52,500,000 of us beliebers out there, which is something like 36% of the world's population. Old people don't have much of a judgement on him, nor do babies, nor people that have never heard of him like people that are living in poverty in Africa, for example. So if you really think about it, you could say that half of the world are beliebers, and the other half hate Justin. Beliebers go hard! ♥ haha
