In the manga, Natsume kisses Mikan on chapter 50,,But they do not kiss in the anime.The only part which was close to a kiss in the anime, was when the class was doing a play and Mikan was the prince and Ruka-pyon was the princess. So far, he only kisses her twice.....both at the Christmas ball. The first time is when they're dancing and some klutz bumps into them and Mikan falls ontop of Natsume, and they "tooth kiss". He -that would be Natsume- says :"Not only are you lousy at dancing, but you're also bad at kissing." Mikan gets embarrassed, and then climbs a tree hoping to find some peace. But Natumse in in that tree too, and they argue about whether or not that was a kiss. Mikan denies it, so Natsume gets annoyed and pulls her to him and kisses her. (God, I love this part!) She pushes him away after a while, and he says: "Hmm, so that's what a kiss is. Nothing to get excited about." He then jumps off the tree and walks away, leaving Mikan stunned.
