Not on your fretting hand. It will be impossible to fret. On your picking hand, maybe.

Yeah you can totally play with acrylics on the picking hand, if you finger pick a lot, there are hundreds of Guitarists that do so. As far as on the other hand, you'd be surpirsed, I sure can't play basic chords with any nail length at all, but I had a teacher who had thick, relatively long, candy apple red acrylics - and somehow she fingered the fret board just fine! Now, she was playing pretty simple stuff. It still baffles me to this day how in the world she did it, but she did!
