There is not such thing as "boom cymbal", you must be confused with a "boom cymbal stand", which is a type of stand that has an additional horizontal "arm" in order to allow the placement of the cymbal (microphone, or any other accessory) to be moved in the horizontal plane. Just Google "boom stand", and you will see several examples.
I hope this answers your question.
Depends on the cymbals and the style if that makes sense. I play with my hi hats and ride cymbal about the same height my china is angles a little and my crashes are slightly below sholder length when I sit. Spin them by hitting the edge so you get a better sound and preserve their lives
No. Lee Williams, of The Cymbals, is from New York. The Gospel singer is from Mississippi, and is younger.
A hi-hat is an instrument that places two smaller cymbals rim-to-rim and uses a pedal to either push them apart or put them together.
Not if you're ordering a brand new set from the manufacturer. The drums and the cymbals are made by 2 separate companies. Maybe if you went on eBay or a similar auction site there would be a used set for sale that came with cymbals. Or if you were buying them from a music store you could order the cymbals at the same time as the set. But they still didn't come with the drums.
A cymbal that produces a sharp, loud sound that is used in every style of music. Crash cymbals are made in many different sizes, styles, and thicknesses, and can make many different sounds. Crash cymbals can be used for accents, or to drive the beat.
the same thing the book is about.

Yes. Drum kits and drum sets are the same thing but you can change the kit or set around so that it will be different. E.g swap crash cymbals around.
Boom trucks are the same as bucket trucks. They both have a long shaft that extends into the air with a bucket attached. These are common utility vehicles.
No! The Clique is about a group of teenage girls. Maximum Ride is about kids who have wings.
The same as the smell of smoking cymbals

No, cymbals are a metal percussion instrument that can be used by being clashed together or hit like a drum. A violin is a string instrument played with a bow.

More than likely just the same thing in different clothing.

The Guitar Hero Games do not separate the Cymbals from their matching Drum pad. Hitting the Yellow cymbal is the same as hitting the Yellow Drum Pad.
