All scorpions are NOT highly venomous. All scorpions do have venom however, In the United States, there is only one scorpion that is considered dangerous to humans. This would be the Bark Scorpion. It is found hiding under the loose bark of trees and in the leaf litter surrounding the trees. It can be further identified upon close examination by a small tooth-like projection at the "sting" or telson of the tail. It appears as a small hook and opposes the actual sting. They are also one of the few scorpions in the US that can climb. It is dangerously venomous to the very young, the infirm and the very old. If you are allergic to bees and wasps then there is a high likelyhood that you are also allergic to scorpions.

yes very be scared of them.
some scorpians are and some aren't. the rule is that the smaller the scorpian the more deadly its sting is, doesn't sound likely but its true. :) (unless its a baby scorpian agiainst an adult, then the adult would be more poisonous) the smaller species of scorpians tend to be more poisonous than the larger ones
not all are dangerous but don't touch em just in case.only touch the one species, the scorpion with no tail.that's why some are dangerous because of there tail.
