Everybody assumed that Beyonce disliked Rihanna because of speculation that Jay-Z was messing around with Rihanna during the time him and Beyonce were still dating (they hadn't married yet). They even alleged that Beyonce made the song "Ring The Alarm" as a 'diss' to Rihanna, even though later on in an interview Beyonce said she had never even heard of the rumors the blogs were making about the whole Jay-Z / Rihanna situation. But they are friends, Rihanna even states often times how she looks up to Beyonce and Beyonce has stated her love for Rihanna as an artist. So no, it's not true.
