OMG...... I Dunno because I am siting here wondering the same thing!!! Me to, breast milk, missed period,left abd. pains,pinchy like pains,with having a tubal ligation done almost 5 years ago after my 5th child was born. I think we need to see the Dr. :)

On May 21, 2004 I had my son by c-section and also had a tubal done at the same time. I got pregnant but ended up miscarrying. I had to have a bunch of tests done and they found that my left fallopian tube that had 2.2 cm cut out had come "untied" and grown back together. It does happen, I'm proof of it.

Its been known to happen if over a long period of time. Better to check with your doctor to make sure that there are no complications that come with it just in case you happen to fall pregnant or wish to be pregnant.

Had a tubal ligation 4 years ago now having colostrum come out of my milk ducts I haven't missed a period yet Just a symptom I never expected to see again could i be pregnant?
The chances of pregnancy after tubal ligation is about 1/300. If you haven't seen a doctor I would advise you to, this could be as simple as a hormonal imbalance but there are some rare tumors that cause lactation. This is something that needs to be looked into.

go see your gyn. the ligation didn't interfere with your ovaries, just the tubes. you should still have your monthly cycle. i hurt a little after mine the first couple of months. doc told me to come back if i didn't have it. sometimes they have to do a d and c to scrap scar tissue away from the ligation
