How does madara have itachi's eyes when he gives them to Sasuke?
Itachi didn't give his eyes to Sasuke. Itachi died in hand of Sasuke so Sasuke awakened Mangekyo Sharingan. Itachi still had eyes in his corspe when Madara took his body and Madara extracted Itachi's eyes which has now been transplanted to Sasuke recently. Sasuke now will have eternal mangekyo sharingan.
Was itachi trying to warn Sasuke because i saw him tell Sasuke about medarra and when Sasuke woke up to here the truth when Sasuke looked into his eyes medarra looked like he was hit by a truck?
no he was hit by ameratsu which itachi imparted to him when he touched sasukes head. yes he tried to warn him but sasuke wants revenge on leaf and using madara best way. also i believe he kept he brothers words and it checking out madara before taking him on. waiting for the right time. otherwise madara would have killed him.

I wouldn't say that Madara likes Sasuke so much. It's Sasuke's sharingan eyes that Madara is after. I guess he wants to take it for himself, maybe to become stronger like he did to his brother whose eyes he took thus gaining the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan.

Madara never took his eyes. Itachi tried, but no one ever got Sasuke's eyes. Actually, Itachi didn't try. He WANTED to But it was all an ilusion because of the mangeque sharignan
