Will Sasuke die at the end of the story?

Sasuke might die fighting Naruto. You never know, he might return to the village.

Actually, he can't die if he does Naruto will not be that popular because Sasuke and Naruto are kind of the main characters and all the fun is in finding out about Sasukes life and his goals and so fourth.

there is a possibility that Naruto and Sasuke become friends, team up, and defeat Madara Uchiha.

I have a few ideas of how the series will end (I'm positive it will end w/ one of these...)

1) Sasuke goes to Konoha to destroy the Leaf Village. Naruto and Sasuke fight, Sasuke tells Naruto that he always thought of Naruto as a brother etc. and dies in Naruto's arms.

2) Naruto is able to make Sasuke see sense and they fight Madara together in the war against good and evil and defeat him. Team 7 is reunited! The series continues on with them hunting down Akatsuki and so on... Later on Naruto becomes Hokage. Tsunade is still alive and well so it would be dumb if Naruto just became Hokage out of the blue. And finally Naruto becomes the strongest and most powerful Hokage known! :)

3) Naruto is able to make Sasuke see sense and they fight Madara, BUT Sasuke is fatally wounded and Naruto kills Madara and holds Sasuke in his arms as he dies, telling Naruto his goodbyes and that he is sorry etc.

*4) Naruto is able to make Sasuke see sense and they fight Madara in the battle between good and evil, BUT Sasuke is fatally wounded and Naruto kills Madara and holds Sasuke in his arms as he nears death. Sakura comes into the picture, seeing how Sasuke is wounded and heals him. Sasuke is still not that well and is kept in the Konoha hospital. The Hokages in the other villages argue over the fact that Sasuke is still alive and should be killed. Naruto sticks up for him, gives a inspirational speech (Gara is inspired) and everyone sees reason or if they still threaten to kill him Naruto tells them if they fight Sasuke he will fight with him and Gara backs Naruto up (they back off and see that N is right or that N, S & G r 2 much 4 them) Team Seven is back! The group in Konoha is happy! Tsunade is back as Hokage. Team Katkashi go on missions etc. Sasuke and Naruto train with one another. Team K hunts down Akatsuki etc. And Naruto eventually becomes Hokage! :D and maybe Sasuke will lead a new type of ANBU thing to protect the Leaf Village b/c he finally understands that his brother chose his path and that the Leaf Village was his home and that he will protect it the right way (not like Itachi did.)

*I want Naruto to prove to everyone that he can save Sasuke! It's the ideal ending the series should have!

There might be more ways, but I can't think of any others... (I hope Kishimoto will go with #4...I will be heartbroken if Sasuke dies. Sasuke and Naruto are the main characters, the series will suck without Sasuke. So they shouldn't kill him and hopefully a spark will fly with Sasuke and Sakura. ;) -Eileen

[and also maybe they can make it so that sakura makes a cure/medicine to prevent the sharingan from injuring sasuke's eyes.] :) i think it will be:Sasuke comes to destroy Konoha and Naruto and Sasuke fight eachother. but remember the fight can end if only eihter naruto gets killed by sasuke or they both die ( as Naruto said to sasuke "I have no intention of defeating at ur hand neither i will sink so low to kill my own freind so we both will die" and its obvious that both the situations r not possible . remember Madara while talking to Kunan said about himself that only he can do Izanagi without harming himself bcz he has the uchiha powers + senju powers (that he got by fighting hashirama senju) thus again it is obvious that to defeat madara we need uchiha powers (that only sasuke can give) and senju powers (that naruto has the best) so both must be united in the end as best freinds!

Since Kishimoto made it so that Naruto said, "We will both die." In the battle Sasuke and Naruto will fight between one another I believe neither of them will die, because I think Kishimoto wrote that so we'd think both will die, or Sasuke will, but really Kishimoto planned all along that neither of them will.

If this made no sense, I'm saying that Kishimoto made Naruto say both him and Sasuke will die so that we'd believe they both would (which they won't b/c Naruto won't die) or Sasuke would, but I believe kishi won't do that. He just wanted us to question everything and be like "Omfg! What's gonna happen next? Who's gonna die? Omg!" LOL Hopefully I'm right b/c I don't want either of them to die. :) -Eileen

I think he might. I don't think he really can be redeemed without death. He has done a lot of evil that can't just be forgiven, however I do think Naruto and Sasuke will team up. I think Sasuke will renounce his revenge on the village and go back as he is dying. But to be honest I really hope he does something none of us expect. Sasuke staying alive would be nice to though.

I really hated Sasuke at begining, BUT now I realise his importance, as a guy who keep balance in the manga...

His defection form vilage made this manga so dull, since the story was revolving only around Naruto and Sakura mainly, that is quite annoying...

The wayI see it Sasuke is the last Uchiha, so that clan must live...Only way Sasuke make new clan is by having children, and seriously, I don't think Karen has more importance than Sakura and Hinata, because Sakura loves only Sasuke, and Hinata's only purpose in this manga is Naruto...

Also Sakura is kind a better version of Karin, they are both violent, but Sakura has understanding and is not so obsesed by Sasuke as Karin...

I think Sasuke will live, and live up to his fame...He will asume rolle of Jiraya, since Naruto needs to be Hokage, and Sasuke needs to be a vondering ninja...

He will take Sakura as his wife....And Naruto stays with Hinata...

Also Sasuke is not stupid to do same mistakes as Madara and Itachi...He will be generation that will make step ahead in Uchiha philosophy...

Naruto Shippuden follows the manga "Naruto" which still isn't over yet. We have yet to know anything about the ending of shippuden.
