Well depends on what company and how new the idol is, some companies dont pay their idols at all and the company takes the money while others pay them once they grow after debute, while some pay them once they start making money once the idol debutes

This is very untrue. Some kpop idols have to wait for a certain amount of time to be able to date. For example, after 3 years, TWICE members were allowed to date (IE. Jihyo & Daniel)
