There are 2 conjoined reasons:
First, Light is manipulative, and Rem is smart enough to be able to tell, and isn't amused by it like Rukh.
Second, Rem loves Misa, and Light uses her as a tool a lot by playing on her affections, despite not truly feeling anything significant for her (at least not at first, the anime tends to indicate something buds between the two of them, though that could be just a matter of convenience - having a girlfriend makes him more normal seeming). Most significantly (spoiler alert) is when he uses her as an unwitting dupe; he drops enough hints to make L suspect Misa enough that Rem perceives an immediate threat to her. Rem cares for Misa just as much as the other dead death god, and so kills L in order to prevent her demise, thus extending her life at the expense of Rem's life.
Would you not be pissed in similar circumstances (a person threatening a loved one in such a way that you must sacrifice your life to save them, all in order to save their own hide)?
