I don't think you can but if you have Deoxsys on Pokemon fire red leaf green or ruby/sapphire emerald then you can transfer it to your Diamond

Getting Deoxys, Jirachi and MewYou can obtain Jirachi from the Pokemon Colloseum bonus disk. Pop the disk into a gamecube, link up your gba, and transfer the Jirachi over, then migrate it to your copy of DPPt. It's quite simple. Mew is currently only available through the Wii game My Pokemon Ranch. Once you trade over so many Pokemon (either 500 or 1000, something rediculous like that) and get your ranch to the highest level, the girl will give you a Mew, which can then be traded to DPPt.As far as Deoxys goes, he's only obtainable through an event so far. Same as Darkrai and Arceus.
