well the scary thing bout jigsaw is that he is able to randomly find people and put them in gory and horrifying traps and that he somehow is able to think that people will benefit from this, he is messed up in the head and if you ever make him made or do something wrong in your life and he knows about it, he will make u suffer for it, that is why people are so scared of him.
Really jigsaw isn't evil,in the third it tells you he has cancer and he wants people who don't appreciate life unless they almost die so he puts them through life threatining situations and also he wants people to trust others by giving them instuctions to follow
