They think it's cool or fun. They have no idea what stupid things they are doing, usually.
Some people have mental issues, so they do evil things. It's hard to help themselves, but really, they still have control over themselves.
Some people find it necessary, or fair, because life is hard for them and they are poor. Others do it to get attention from their parents, like Piper McLean from The Lost Hero.
My advice to you: Never commit a crime, even if you are in a tough situation.
Youths sometimes commit crimes for fun. They also commit them as they might have a troubled hime life, poor attainment at school, drug or alcohol missue, mental illness, deprivation, poor housing, homeless and they might be peer pressuerd
Youths commit crimes mostly for fun they may sometimes have nothing to do as youth centres for example may be closed down :)
Juveniles commit serious crimes because they might have family problems, peer pressure, face drug abuse, or maybe own a gun. They may also get bad grades and want to take it out on someone or even be a member of a gang. There are many possibilities and so if you are a parent be on the look out for odd behavior in your kid and try talking to them about improving their lives. Make them feel like they belong and you could try to help them get better grades or even help them with a project. Parents, don't make your kid feel left out. Jump on helping your kids now.
Most youths commit crime these days due to the advance technology. The more they use the internet for education and mobile phones for easy communication access, they are tempted to commit crime from them. For example, robbery is the leading crime due to these technological items.
Disobeying parents instructions is also a contributing factor to criminal activities. Plenty youths tend to go their own way all the time thinking they are more educated and thought they are grown up to do any thing they wish to do.
Disrespecting the laws in societies is also a cause to high youth crimes. They thought these laws were only put in place to ignore them in the intire community and so they decide to broke them.
Yes, many youth have commited crimes. they are protected under the youth crimanal justice act. I know of people who have commited crimes and are not adults yet. Adults commit more crimes but youth still commit some of them.
Juveniles should be adjudicated to drug court if they are accused of drug crimes. Drug court offer a second chance to drug addicts.
Well...if the justic system is any good and they get caught they get in trouble... it mainly depends on the crime and if they are caught.
its a school for bad kids who commit crimes

That is very sterotypical. Not all African Americans commit crimes. Honestly, I have friends that are African Americans and they don't commit crimes. Again, very sterotypical.
Yes they do but not exclusively. People from all walks of life commit crimes and start fires, not just the homeless and not all homeless people commit crimes and start fires.
