No. The Olympic made its maiden voyage on June 14, 1911, 10 months before Titanic launched its maiden voyage. But the Olympic and Titanic are sister ships because they were built in the same class and nearly all of its interior was exactly the same. The Titanic was only a few inches bigger than the Olympic
Technically, they were virtually the same size, but she had an enclosed promenade deck (that Olympic did not) claiming more air on her inside, becoming an increase in mass.

There is now, but in the Titanic's time (1912) there was not. The Titanic was even bigger than all of the buildings in its time!
Actually they built 3 Olympic-class liners. There were 3 ships of the same design known as the Olympic class. The 1st was Olympic, the 2nd was Titanic and the 3rd was Britannic. It does take a long time to build ships like this but the Olympicc and Titanic were built side by side with Olympic started three months before Titanic so that the shipbuilders could move from one ship to the other as soon as they finished one stage. The completion of Britannic was delayed by the sinking of Titanic, so that safety modifications could take place. It was the largest of the three, two feet wider than the Titanic.
