Ponyboy is concerned because he feels like he has just made up with darry! He feels like now he understands him and realizes why he did things so he (Ponyboy) doesn't want to hurt Darry anymore!
darry doesn't want pony to put his life to a stop because pony is feeling too depresed about johnny's death
Darry loves Ponyboy a lot, so that's why he's always pressuring him to get straight A's and succeed in his life. He doesn't want his little bro to end up like the rest of the friends in the gang:full of violence and breaking rules. He's always hollering at him and wants the best for pony.
Darry doesn't have a dream mentioned in the outsiders, but Pony does. Pony can never remember his nightmares.
Because Darry thinks he is out of shape. :)

How much Darry loved him, and that he was tough on Ponyboy because he wanted him to succeed in life. Darry sacrificed the career he could have had, to keep his brothers from going to foster homes.
The person who called Darry was his teacher amnd he wanted to know if Ponyboy can do his missed work.
he doesn't want them to get in trouble; he wants to keep them safe since he is their guardian
Because Darry loves Pony and doesn't want him and Soda to be put in a boys home, but can only do so much to take care of him when Pony doesn't use his head, so he gets mad so Pony doesn't risk the boys home situation again. Also, Darry is a very stern guy, so it is hard for him to have a good relationship with Ponyboy, like Sodapop and Ponyboy do.
He didn't. Darry shouted, "Come on. I'll fight anyone!" And Paul stepped up. But I guess Darry didnt want to fight him because he use to be his buddy. Darry just didnt want to lose his manlyness and step down.
Every time darry and ponyboy have a fight they want soda to take their side. Soda does not want to take either side because he loves them both equally. They play tug of war because they want back up from him and sense soda is the only other family member left he gets stuck in the middle a lot. For example in the book and in the movie (the outsiders the complete novel) the three of them are sitting down to dinner when darry and pony get into one of their arguments. darry says his thing and pony get mad and asks soda, "Is that not right Soda?" (or something along those lines) thus drawing Soda into their argument and trying to get him to take sides
I do not know if u want to know than go on google! :)
