Who voices TOM from Toonami?
TOM was voiced by Steven Blum in September 2000. He replaced Sonny Strait in TOM's second through fourth incarnation, until Toonami was cancelled in 2008. He voiced TOM again when Toonami was revived by Adult Swim.

It is unknown if this is to happen. Many people have said that it might show on Adult Swim because of the bad-language that Sai speaks. If they get rid of this bad language, it is basically killing Sai's personality so they may have to show it on Adult Swim.
