Kisame is the Blue colored shark guy from the Akatsuki .kisame is from the land of the mist. he is the only one of the akatsuki member who has seen Tobi face and and his parnter is itachi.
that's kinda right but kisame is a rogue ninja from the village hidden in the mist and any nation will take him cuz of his ability and skills and he is also from the akatsuki and is 1 of three akatsuki left in manga chapter 466-471 and and hes also one of the seven sword men,and he is also like a tailbeast but without a tail cuz his amout of chakara and his sword called samehada his sword grinds and leaks out chakara from his enemy.

Kisame's best friend was suigestsu, one of the brothers of a swordsman. In other words, kisame was suigetsu's master. He told kisame that he was going to be a swordsman too but with kisame's sameheda.(his sword) That didn't come true since he was captured by orochimaru for an experiment and kisame joined the akatsuki. Kisame does have a little disliking to itachi, but is friend. even itachi siad kisame was a good friend.
Later on in naruto shippuden suigetsu finds a sword that belonged to zabuza, a swordsman who deid in naruto from team seven. Later on both kisame and suigetsu meet up, knowing that suigetsu still wants that sword of kisame.
