Well in from what I've seen the early bird collection including a double telescoping Luke skywalker, R2 D2, princess Leia, and chewbacca those are ONE of the rarest figures. Also the double telescoping Darth Vader, and obi wan, were the rarest but among the rarest figures to ever come by are rocket firing boba fett and vlix. Rocket firing boba fett was a figure released in 1977 it was a mail away but because rumor a kid choked the immediately stopped making the figure and form what I,ve read is there were only 100 of these figures. As for vlix made by a company called glasslite that story, I do not know.

Considering that much of the Star Wars Expanded Universe is no longer considered canon, then it's assumed that the most expensive ship would be the Executor, the Galactic Empire's Super Star Destroyer. However, some may argue that both the first and second Death Stars are mobile battle stations, ships in a non-traditional sense. They can move through space using its ion engines, and were even capable of traveling through hyperspace. They then would be the most expensive ships.
