Two kids lose their dog and run into a thief and cops chase them into a hotel where they ironically find their dog. They find two stray dogs that need help so the brother invents these mechanisms while the sister raids the local pounds to help out the other dogs. Eventually the pounds close and they open their 'Hotel for dogs'
