Go out of the reception center toward the rest of the suites. As soon as you are outside, take one step left, then face forward and press A. If you don't believe me, use the dowsing app on your Poketch and you'll see it. It really worked for me just now! Then, go to the girl and talk to her and give her the key. She'll go inside. After that, you must walk in and talk to her. Then she'll give you a Lava Cookie.
