I believe you are talking about dialga you just need the adamant orb. And then you go back to the same place you catch palkia which is the spear pillar go back to that place then you shall find the dialga. If this pokemon is not what you are talking about

Cresselia: Fullmoon island, need to have the boy in canalave city having nightmare and go to cresselia and get the thing to cure the boy's nightmare, when done run around the region to catch it
Azelf: Valor lakefront, need to set the pokemon in the galactic headquarters free. Can only be done after you complete the game or finished battling Cyrus
Mesprit:The lake at the back of your hometown , same as azelf,when done run around te region to catch it
Uxie: Acuity Lakefront, same as azelf
Heatran: Stark mountain, need to "shoo" team galactic away and wait for a while for heatran to come
