Talk to a friend 32 different times in the Sinnoh Underground, each time must be unique, requiring you to enter/leave your cave for each talk.
Step 4. Spawning Spiritomb.
Take the Odd Keystone to the Tower on Route 209, just below Solaceon Town.
Step 5. Catch Spiritomb.
Use pokeballs ;].
Spiritomb is not available for capture in Pokémon Black or White however you can find one in the Dream World and transfer it over to your game file however you will need a total of 10,000 Dream Points before you can unlock running into it in the Dream World's Spooky Manor area.
