To freeze a moment in time whether it is of people, places, or objects. That precise second will never happen again, but through Photography, a photographer can not only capture the moment, but with his skills preserve it in a way that maybe nobody else sees it. A photographer views the world completely different than most people do!

my edit: back when big huge machines that were very loud called cameras where invented, the people had to stay still for a minute! of they didnt it would be a huge blur! and it was used to put a picture of the family for people in the civil war, believe it or not, the little picture holding locket was called an oreo!
