In Pokemon pearl I am trying to evolve my Riolu I have given it the soothe bell I have evolved it by 1 level during the day and fed it poffins etc. But it still won't evolve can anyone help me?
riolu evolves through happiness, and when it is max happy, it has to level up in the daytime. Try to get him happy by -The girl in veilstone who gives your Pokemon massages once per dayWalking with it in your party while holding the item Soothe BellLeveling it upGiving it items like Protein, Carbos, HP up...Do not let it faint, and do not put it in your PCLetting it battleAll of the walking and such is definitely worth it, as lucario is a very strong Pokemon
