One possiblilty would be the air intake hose, check the hose for any holes or leaks.
If you have a 4.3 vortec,Locate and open radiator drain plug into container. (apx 3 gallons) Remember antifreeze is posion!!! Remove radiator cap. Loosen intake hose clamp, Loosen the two wing nuts on the plastic part of the air intake atached to the top of the radiator and remove. Loosen the radiator clamps and remove the hoses from the radiator. Loosen the two transmission lines.(DO NOT BEND if possible) Remove the two bolted clamps on the top. Carefully lift straight up and out. When replacing, be carefull not to cross-thread the transmission lines.
Any number of things could cause a Yamaha Raptor 660 not to start including a blockage in the fuel hose. There could also be a problem with the carburetor.
Yes Lisa Hose did win biggest loser 2010
Silly boy... buy the air hose repair kit - it is a Ford part - I think about $15 - the shocks have nothing to do with the rear air suspesion - you must have a leaking air line - fix it.
possibly the water pump or a bad hose
The antifreeze is not coming from your transaxle actually it is usually from your intake ,running down the trans case. This is a very common problem that 3.1,3.4 lt have is leaks at the intake. You have to replace your intake seals. But check under your throttle body ass. to make sure its the intake and not the heater hose connection that runs underthere.
Leaking from? Hose Water pump Intake gasket
THe reassembly didn't go well. A failed seal, a cracked hose or similar.
I have a Dodge Carivan. You should fill it up with water then check for leaks. It may be that you need a new hose. If so you can put on a new hose yourself. If you don't want to do that, you could take to some place like Pep Boys. They will check for leaks and put on a new hose if you need one.
tighten up the hose you think it is and see if it still leaks if it does still leak then its either a cracked hose or crack in your radiator
The heater core lines run on that side of the engine. That's where I would start looking.
get a new hose
1. Get a new radiator hose 2. Turn off your car and let it cool down 3. drain your radiator below the level of te hose you are replacing 4. remove hose clamps and take off old radiator hose 5. install new radiator hose and tighten hose clamps 6. Fill radiator with antifreeze / water mixture (you can buy the premixed kind if you dont want to mix it yourself) 7. replace radiator cap 8. turn on car and check for leaks
It is an engine oil coolant hose. It runs to the oil cooler, which is a dual processing unit. Oil flows through one side, and antifreezeengine coolant flows through the other.. The hose you are talking about carried antifreeze to the cooler, and then to the engine. My car has a 4" long hose 1/4" ID in that location and it is a drain for coolant leaks in the heater core [like a tiny radiator].
Tighten the clamp on that hose. If it still leaks, remove the hose and inspect it. It may need replacing. Now if you are saying there is coolant leaking from the top hole on the water pump itself, replace the water pump, as it is defective.
Failed hose?
