Michael Finocchiaro ka Mickey Carroll [July 8, 1919-May 7, 2009] was called 'the Munchkin from St. Louis'. He was a Missouri native, and had played Munchkin roles in the beloved 1939 film version of 'The Wizard of Oz'. His roles included that of Town Crier, Soldier, and Escort member for Dorothy Gale to get from Munchkinland to the Yellow Brick Road for Oz.
