Glen or Glenda (1953) by Ed Wood can be considered just about the worst movie ever made.. actually any film by Ed Wood could fill this category!

Howard the Duck was one of the biggest turkeys filmed. It wasn't just bad, it was embarrassingly awful. As was Catwoman (2004) although there are a few that do admit publicly to liking it. And let's not forget Howard Hughes 1956 epic The Conqueror with John Wayne horribly miscast as Genghis Khan.
