What is the difference between Family Guy volume?

Your question doesn't really make sense. Assuming you don't mean the sound control the show is aired and you mean the DVD volumes, there aren't any differences. Obviously they have different episodes in each volume but they all have commentaries, deleted scenes, a Behind the Scenes feature.
