I tried this code, and it does work except when i did it and tried to walk through a door, the game paused and froze. You can avoid this by acvating it, using it, saving, exitin, then thurning it off and you'll have all badges and it wont freeze when you walk through a door.

and fyi you cant do it or any cheats at the begining of the game i think you have to wait till you give the parcel to your friend/rival to have complete access to all cheats.
