Of 100 equal parts 63 are shaded what fraction is unshaded?

If 63 out of 100 parts are shaded, then the fraction shaded is 63/100. To find the fraction unshaded, subtract the shaded fraction from 1 (since the total parts add up to 1): 1 - 63/100 = 37/100. Therefore, 37 out of the 100 parts are unshaded.

What is the area of a the shaded region if the radius of the unshaded region is 9m on a circle and the radius of the entire circle is 13m?

The area of the shaded region is 1265.42 meters squared, since I subtracted the two totals of both the unshaded region and the shaded region of a circle.

What if 100 equal parts 63 are shaded what fraction is unshaded?

Why a feasible region is the unshaded region?

i know that a feasible region, is the region which satisfies all the constraints but i don't know exactly why is the unshaded region regarded as a feasible region instead of the shaded region.

In a system of nonlinear inequalities the solution set is the region where the shaded regional overlap?

The answer depends on which area is shaded for each inequality. I always teach pupils to shade the unwanted or non-feasible region. That way the solution is in the unshaded area. This is much easier to identify than do distinguish between a region which is shaded three times and another which is shaded four times.
