Donna is Kelly's friend. She is played by Tori-Spelling. Donna is a fashion designer who moved to Japan with her husband, but then she moved back to Beverly Hills because she missed it there, and she missed Kelly and Silver. In the last episode she found a building for rent, and she took it. The building was exactly how she imagined it, and she is going to turn it into her fashion store. Donna told her husband that she was moving back and he could either stay in Japan, or go to Beverly Hills to be with her. Her husbands choice disappointed her, because he chose Japan. But Donna is glad that she will now be in Beverly Hills with Kelly and Silver.
