Sheldon eats on a very specific schedule as so to avoid gastronomic redundancies and keep order and balance in his life. His eating schedule is as follows:

Monday: Oatmeal day for breakfast. Thai takeout night - Sheldon orders mee krob and chicken satay with extra peanut sauce from Siam Palace. However,Leonard will frequently getSheldon Cashew Chicken from Szechuan Palace on Monday nights.

Tueday:The Cheesecake Factory; Sheldon always has the barbecue bacon cheeseburger; barbecue, bacon and cheese on the side. Notably Tuesday nights used to be Big Boy nights, however this was changed to the Cheesecake Factory quite early in the series.

Wednesday: ???

Thurday: It used to be Souplantation night, however it ischanged it to Big Boy nightas Big Boy night was changed from Tueday (see above).Later in the show thischanges to Pizza from Giacomo's; Sheldon orders his with sausage, mushrooms, and light olives.

Friday: Friday night is Chinese take-out night.
