First, you must find where the rave is. So you've called the infoline, and they gave you an adress, and vague directions on how to get there. It's a place you've never been to... On your mission, you meet other people looking for the same place, you recognize them by their excited faces and because of the clothes they are wearing - usually very colorful.
So with the help of your new friends you've finally found the place. You can hear the thumping of the beats. Now you are standing in line at the gate, because they are searching people to make sure they don't bring weapons, alcohol or drugs. They take your ticket and then... you're inside!
Inside it looks like another world. There is already a lot of people dancing, but not everyone has arrived yet so the room is not packed. The room is dark and there are lazers, blacklights, etc... Some people are dancing with glowsticks, some people are really amazing dancers too!
Maybe you will take some drugs. Maybe you will not. But you start to dance because the music draws you in. When you dance, you feel you are a part of it. People are smiling, having a great time, and you're one of them. Someone gives you a lollipop, a sip of a water bottle, or something else. People share a lot, because the motto of ravers is PLUR, which means Peace, Love, Unity, Respect.
Now you're tired so you decide to go sit down. The person who offered you the water earlier is sitting close and she waves to you. Maybe someone ask you if you want a massage, or you start trying to have a conversation with someone but the music is too loud and you're both just laughing.
After you've rested for a while, you go back and dance more. It continues like this for hours, until it's the morning and the music stops. You can't believe it's the morning already... you thought this night would never end! People get their stuff together and leave. The sun light is a shock to your eyes, and you are tired.
The ride back home is fun because the bus is filled with people from the rave, all tired. Maybe you go chillout to someone's place before going to sleep, but then you go home and crash. And then you sleep for a really long time.
Crime Rave - 1939 was released on: USA: 13 January 1939
it is not on a channel
I would recommend Rave Master (or Groove Adventure Rave in Japan), or InuYasha. These are both a good way to get used to the way anime storylines work. Then, I suggest you move on to shows with darker themes like Fullmetal Alchemist or Blood+.
Rave Master episode 39 is sequentially chapter 74, although in the books the "Origins: Shiba" chapters go in as "Rave 0015", and are in between the chapters relating to the main storyline that they count as 73 and 74.

"Rave out id the opposite to chill out rave out means go mad to help do a little crab rave. crab rave is a rave with your hands when they look abit like crabs or finger rave. Rave on is whats said when your already raving out rave on means continue so rave on rave on but the crab rave is vair vair better hope this was some help but serousily you expect an serious answer when you ask "What does rave-out mea?" where have you been???" 'Rave out' is the opposite of 'chill out'. 'Rave out' means go mad; to help do a little 'crab rave'. Crab rave is a rave with your hands, when they look a bit like crabs. Also called 'finger rave'. 'Rave on' is what's said when you're already 'raving out'. 'Rave on' means to continue to 'rave out', but the 'crab rave' is vair vair (no such word in the English language. Don't know what was intended) better. Hope this was some help. Did you serousily expect a serious answer when you ask "What does rave-out mean?" Where have you been??? --I have corrected spelling and grammar in the illiterate scrawl at the top. Perhaps one should spend more time in school, as I did, and less time "raving out". Not everyone lives in the Pop-Culture world. Perhaps someone can define this WITHOUT using more senseless, meaningless, mindless, drug-induced jargon? If I understand correctly, being a mindless, party boy/girl is now being called "raving out" or "to go raving"? - Heather Ceana
We should have a rave this weekend. The rave was very noisy.I had to listen to him rave on about his stamp collection.
