On the 9th floor of the sylph co building (i think) there is a teleporter pad that takes you to the meeting room after you battle Giovanni (easy) the president of the company will give you an experimental pokeball that could easily capture any Pokemon (use it wisely capture a legendary with it) not like my cousin who wasted it on a magicarp which he wanted it to evolve into a gyrados (actually it turned out to be his strongest Pokemon also it is shiny)
