In the book series, Toby Sexually Abused Jenna, which Ali and Spencer discovered when Ali threw a firecracker into his treehouse while he was abusing her.
In the Tv Series, Jenna sexually Abuses Toby, by forcing him to touch her, and says if her tells, she will tell everyone he forced her into it. Ali catches them when she goes to throw a stink bomb into his living room after convincing the girls she saw him looking threw her window. ali believes toby was raping Jenna.
Toby was touching Jenna inappropriately up in the treehouse and then took the blame for Jenna's blinding. Ali (who was actually Courtney the twin) was the one who actually blinded Jenna. She just threatened to tell on Toby if he didnt take the blame.
First off, Toby didn't do anything to Jenna. Allison told everyone that she saw Toby peeking through the window and she saw his hand down Jenna's pants. Actually, Jenna said that if Toby didn't do what she said she would tell their parents that he wanted to do it and that he forced her to. Everyone thought that Toby was a complete perv but he isn't. Toby thought having sex was wrong but Jenna didn't.
