4.make a jolteon (use a thunderstone on it) (high sp.attack and very high speed)
5.make a vaporeon (use a waterstone on it) (high sp.attack)
6.make espeon (make happy and lvl it during the day) (very high sp.attack and high speed)
7.make a umbreon (make happy and lvl at night) (high sp.defense)
8. just level it as eevee(not the best idea) (no good stats)
