Electrodes... Positive (anode) and Negative (cathode) electrodes which are attached to the terminals. The electrodes provide the chemical energy which is converted to a flow of electrons.
And the electrolyte, the electrolyte separates the electrodes but allows for the passages of electrons and ions for the electro-chemical reaction of the electrodes.
No. Electrons are not consumed in a battery. For every electron that goes in one end of a battery, the battery pushes another electron out the other end.

It is called a battery charger.
Hook up the jumper cables in this order: (1,2,3,4) (1) One end of positive cable to positive post of GOOD battery (2) Opposite end of positive cable to positive post of DEAD/LOW battery of disabled vehicle (3) One end of negative cable to negative post of GOOD battery (4) Opposite end of negative cable to GROUND on disabled vehicle (a good ground is preferred over the negative post, however, the cable can also be hooked to the the battery post). To remove the jumper cables after starting, reverse the order (4,3,2,1)
The 3rd Pirates of the Caribbean movie is called: Pirates of the Caribbean: At Worlds End
The top of a battery is called a carbon rod, which is on the positive terminal.
anode and cathode
the back to back connection of any component is called series connectionfor exampleif u have 2 battery's with u . u wanna connect them in series thenone of the positive end is taken +ve terminal and the another end of the same battery must be connected to the +ive end of the another battery and then take the -ve terminal from the another end of the second battery
The positive end of a battery goes to the positive end of the terminal. In retro spec, the negative end of a battery goes to the negative end of the terminal.
Cliff End Battery was created in 1868.
The nodes of the electrochemical cell are called the electrodes. The Cathode is the + end (of a battery). Negative charge enters through it. The - end is called the anode.
No. Electrons are not consumed in a battery. For every electron that goes in one end of a battery, the battery pushes another electron out the other end.
Take a Energizer, Duracell, etc. battery (the bigger the bulb the bigger the battery) and a paper clip. Bend up the paper clip to a pretty straight line, and attach one end to the end of the lightbulb. Attach the other end to one end of the battery, and POOF! Light! If the bulb doesn't come on try attaching the paper clip to the other end of the battery. If it STILL doesn't work, get a bigger battery.
i need help in what the ends of the battery called and what is the other sideof the battery!!1ASAP

you put the end of the wire at the bottom of the battery and you get the other end of the wire and rap it with the lightbolb and you put the lightbolb at the top of the battery
Torchy the Battery Boy ended in 1959.
