Yes! to program your remote,
All the codes can be found on Disney Online Worlds Wiki.
The code required for a Coby TV will vary depending on the TV itself and what remote you are programming. Some codes you can try when programming your remote are 505, 607, 625, and 633.
Codes are remote control specific. Use your remote control manual (or your cable company guide) to find the code for your brand tv. If there is no code for your tv alot of times another manufacturer's code will work. You just have to be patient and try all the codes. For example, my COBY TFD1973 TV/DVD combo code is 248 the same as Audiovox. For remote control guides check out universalremote.com Look on your remote control there should be a model number such as UR5U-8720L-AB, find your remote control in the lists using this number.
After checking wiki about Coby I found out that Coby also is the OEM for Samsung. I'm using a S10-S3 At&T standard remote (black) but this should probably also work for S1 & S2 models. If the Coby codes don't work try the Samsung codes. I got my TFTV3229 AT&T U-Verse remote to successfully program. I'm not sure which code exactly but I believe it was 1041. Here is the full list of Samsung codes, try them all for your Coby tv; 1006, 1026, 1041, 1042, 1043, 1046, 1047, 1049, 1081, 1082, 1083, 1084, 1085, 1100, 1136, 1137, 1138, 1139, 1171, 1176, 1189, 1214, 1223, 1311, 1314, 1345, 1359, 1364, 1366, 1370, 1375, 1442

We have various types of codes for our remote controls. Our remotes are not guaranteed to work all types of equipment, but the codes allow our remotes to work a different type of equipment like a TV, DVD Player, Sound System, etc... In addition to our receivers.
Most DVD players made now have all the features that are on the remote on the DVD player itself , but I would be careful which one I purchase because some DVD players do not have certain buttons on them for it to work properly if the remote it lost .
All of them come standard with remote controls.
You need to burn it to dvd or if your mp4 has a usb cable you can save it there. You can go to filebook.ph to download movies and save it to your coby mp4
YOu must program it as a Toshiba DVD using the AUX button on remote control and the codes 0695 (which worked for me) or 0503, or 1045.Then seperately set up the volume by changing the volume control lock according to directions. FYI... Comcast could not help at all!______________________________________________________That was a helpful answer, thanks.Additionally, based on my own experience a couple of minutes ago, I was able to program the Comcast remote for the Toshiba TV/DVD combo (Tosh model MD19N1, fyi) by using the AUX button & treating the TV/DVD combo as a DVD, as the answer above suggested. But the code that worked for me was the Toshiba DVD code listed in the Comcast remote pamphlet (specifically, code #20695), rather than the codes stated above. But the answer, above, to use the AUX button & treat the TV/DVD combo as a DVD is what set me on the road to being able to program the remote. Also, the answer suggested above about programming the volume for the remote, by just following the Comcast remote instructions for "unlocking" the volume was exactly right. Also, fyi, none of this programming of the Comcast remote messed up TV/DVD operation by the original remote I have for the TV/DVD. I just didn't want to have to be juggling two remotes all the time. Thanks alot for that answer above. (11/5/10)
Try the Daewoo codes. If that doesn't work, your remote might have a 'search' function where it goes through all the codes it knows about.
Check Sharp's website for the model of the TV you are using. They will have an instruction manual for your model that you can download. Located near the back will be the programming instructions and all the codes for major brands.
